正如我轻轻地来;
是夕阳中的新娘;
油油的在水底招摇;
不是清泉,是天上虹;
向青草更青处漫溯;
悄悄是别离的笙箫;
正如我悄悄的来;
I softly left,
Just as I softly came;
I waved my hand gently,
Bid farewell to the clouds in the Western sky.
The golden willows by the riverside,
Are the bride in the evening sun;
The enchanting shadows in the ripples,
Ripple in my heart.
The green duckweed on the soft mud,
Gently sways in the water;
In the gentle waves of the Cam River,
I am willing to be a water plant!
The pond under the shade of the elm trees,
Isn't a clear spring, but a rainbow in the sky;
Crushed among the floating duckweed,
Depositing dreams like a rainbow.
Seeking dreams? Paddling with a long pole,
Towards the greener grasses upstream;
A boat full of starlight,
Singing in the splendid starlight.
But I cannot sing,
Silently is the farewell flute;
Even the summer insects are silent for me,
Silence is the Cambridge tonight!
Silently I left,
Just as I silently came;
I waved my sleeve,
Not taking away a single cloud.
